NYC Restaurant Week Begins With Special Deals At 340 Dining Venues

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Winter Restaurant Week begins Monday in New York City with promotions at 340 dining venues.

Most are offering three course dinners for $38 and three course lunches for $25.
