Police: Suspects Steal Electronics After Beating Man In Queens
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for two men who they said beat and robbed another man in Queens.
It happened just before 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 4 at the Edgemere Houses on Beach Channel Drive.
Police said two men walked up to a 33-year-old man from behind and began kicking and punching him. They then took the victim's Samsung tablet, Beats headphones and Samsung cell phone before fleeing on foot, police said.
The victim was taken to the hospital where he was treated for minor injuries and released.
The suspects were seen on surveillance video.
Police described them only as black men. One was wearing a blue hooded sweat shirt, black skull cap and red camouflage pants. The other was wearing dark pants and a red hooded Adidas sweatshirt.
