NYC Celebrations For Lunar New Year In Full Swing

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A spectacular fireworks show over the Hudson River kicked off the Lunar New Year celebrations in New York City earlier this week.

Festivities are underway all around the world to celebrate the Year of the Sheep.

Julie Huang, of the Lower East Side, stopped by the CBS2 studio to talk about the all-inclusive holiday.

The Lunar New Year is about wishes and creating good luck, not making resolutions.
