Jerry Recco can't do anything about the cold weather, but Monday morning he began his first update with some news from spring training with the hopes of turning the page on winter and warming our hearts.  Thanks for that, Jerry.

The Yankees were first up on the docket, as Joe Girardi could be heard talking about earning playing time and his bullpen plan, while CC Sabathia has put on some weight.

Before moving onto the Mets, Craig gave Boomer a quick introduction lesson on how to play the drums. As for the Mets, Terry Collins is thinking playoffs -- despite not knowing who will be playing shortstop -- Matt Harvey introduces his "stinkin' dynamite," David Wright is curbing his enthusiasm right now, the artist formerly known as BJ Upton will be known as Melvin Upton Jr. moving forward, JR Smith, Iman Shumpert and the Cavs blow out the Knicks, Kevin Durant's ailing foot and some news and notes from the NFL Combine which saw Heisman Trophy winner Marcus Mariota impress...
