3/3 CBS2 Tuesday Afternoon Weather Headlines

Expect cloudy skies this afternoon with snow developing from west to east. Snow will continue through the pm rush, briefly changeover to a mix this evening, then ultimately change over to rain by later this evening into the overnight hours. Total snow accumulations before the changeover will be 2-4" N&W; 0-2" S&E.

It will be damp out the door tomorrow morning with fog around the area. On and off rain/drizzle is expected throughout the day (especially S&E), but as colder air invades tomorrow night, rain will change back to snow... snow will persist through midday Thursday. Expect additional snow accumulations of 2-6".

We're finally quiet on Friday, but temperatures will struggle to even reach the freezing mark!
