One Person Killed In Crash On I-287 In Bedminster, N.J.

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- One person was killed and two people were hurt Wednesday after a car went off Route 287 in Bedminster, New Jersey.

The car went off the highway just after 9 a.m. and crashed into trees.

The crash cut the vehicle in half, police said.

Two medevac helicopters  rushed the victims to the hospital.

One passenger was killed.
