Good morning everyone,

Hope you're off to a good start! Although it's another day starting off below normal, we will finish a little milder than yesterday.

Winds will die down as the day goes on and by afternoon, the sun angle will be nice and high, so things will feel OK.

This just sets the stage for snow heading our way Friday. A general 1 to 3 inches is likely with higher amounts in western New Jersey in the elevated spots. There will be less accumulation far south due to the rain, and less up north due to track.

Either way, the biggest numbers are below 5 inches, so it's not a major event. It's just another snowstorm -- on the first day of spring.

Saturday is milder with clearing, and Sunday is mostly sunny.
