Boomer & Carton: More Mets 'Joy Theft,' Tanaka Concerns And A Bold Prediction

Thursday's hot topic with regards to opening up this edition of the Morning Extravaganza turned out to be how the Mets are considering hitting rising star Juan Lagares ninth in the batting order.  When it comes to the Mets this spring, the 'Not So Amazins' have been a talking point for all the wrong reasons.

This latest news has Craig further accusing the organization of 'taking the joy away' when it comes to the team he loves (which in this case is the Mets).  Boomer on the other hand is not all that concerned and he certainly isn't about to let it ruin his day.

The other team that Craig often finds himself rooting for, the Yankees, they had their ace Masahiro Tananka on the mound against the aforementioned Mets in a spring training affair Wednesday and there are some who are concerned about his velocity being down a bit -- Boomer is one of those people.

Not to be left out of the mix, March Madness amps back up tonight and the undefeated Kentucky Wildcats look to remain unbeaten against West Virginia, but freshman Moutaineers guard Daxter Miles is predicting otherwise....
