Good morning everybody, and Happy Easter! It's going to be on the chilly side this morning, but we're looking at a nice day overall with more sunshine and temps in the upper 50s to near 60. There is a fly in the ointment though - there could be some passing showers in the afternoon. We're not talking a washout, but just be mindful that some rain is in the forecast.

Monday will start off the week on a beautiful note. Expect plenty of sunshine with a high of 63 in NYC. Absolutely perfect for a picnic in the Park or for seeing the Yankees start the season in the Bronx! If only we could repeat Monday's weather throughout the week...

...Because rain returns to the forecast Tuesday through Saturday. A front will get stuck over the area and will keep skies mainly cloudy through the week, and there will be occasional showers. The worst day of the week looks to be Wednesday with the heaviest rain and a high of only 48. YUCK! At least it's rain and not snow, though!
