With rumors circulating that Sandy Alderson, not Terry Collins, is calling the shots with regards to the Mets' lineup -- Alderson is the general manager, while Collins' title is that of manager, by the way -- Boomer and Craig were beside themselves.
Boomer was forced to set his elation stemming from the Rangers' success aside for a few minutes while he and his radio partner-BFF tackled this disturbing development.
