4/11 CBS2 Saturday Afternoon Weather Headlines

Good Saturday Afternoon!

After this week's gloomy days, the sun has finally returned! In fact, it'll be sticking around for a while. Mostly sunny for the rest of this afternoon, with a high of 61 in the city. Some NW suburbs and folks on eastern LI will stay in the 50s, but still plenty of sun. It will stay breezy into this evening, so hold on to those hats!

Mostly clear tonight with lows in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Winds will calm during the overnight hours.

Tomorrow will be even warmer with a high of 65, once again under sunny skies. Monday will bring day three. In fact, the next 7 days will see temps above 60 degrees. We haven't seen that since mid-October of last year, the 13th-18th to be exact!

Late Monday into early Tuesday looks like our next round of rain, with some breaks of sun late Tuesday. Check back in soon for the latest forecast. Have a good weekend!
