Boomer & Carton: Starting A 7-Hour Program With The Comforts Of Home

Monday's Open

After a 3-3 road trip to start the season, the Mets are back home and will welcome the Phillies to town for the Citi Field home opener Monday afternoon.

Jacob deGrom will get the start and Boomer and Craig got things rolling Monday morning by talking about the reigning NL Rookie of the Year.  Craig even got a new hat for the occasion (pictured), while Boomer is talking all sorts of trash.

Off the field the Mets were dealt a blow after the suspension of Jenrry Mejia for PED use, so there's that.

Additionally, golf's first major of the year -- the Masters -- was won by 21-year-old Jordan Spieth in spectacular fashion.

It's a Monday and this marks just the beginning of what will be a seven-hour radio program, as the Dynamic Radio Duo will be filling in for Joe Benigno and Evan Roberts from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. -- so get comfortable. How 'bout that?!
