Flight From Paris To Newark Lands In Boston; 2 Passengers Hospitalized
BOSTON (CBSNewYork) -- A Delta Airlines flight headed to Newark from Paris had to land in Boston Tuesday afternoon, and some passengers complained of nausea and injuries afterward.
Delta Flight 271 from l'aéroport de Paris-Charles de Gaulle in Paris to Newark Liberty International Airport had to land at Logan International Airport Wednesday afternoon, due to inclement weather in the Tri-State Area.
Rain was rolling into the area amid blasting winds during the late afternoon hours, CBS2's Lonnie Quinn reported.

The flight ran into turbulence as it headed into Boston, and a small number of customers who complained of nausea and possible minor injuries were evaluated by paramedics at the airport, Delta said.
"There was a guy sitting diagonal to me who threw up really badly, and loud retching," said one woman, named Karen.
Karen told 1010 WINS' Holli Haerr that man was not the only one, and flight crewmembers did what they could to help.
"At one point, there was some kind of air deodorizer smell, so I mean, they were really handling the situation, but it just went on and on and on."
Two people were taken to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston with minor injuries, WBZ-TV reported. The other passengers remained on the plane.
The plane was a Boeing 767-300ER with 180 customers and 11 crew members on board, Delta said.
On Wednesday evening, the aircraft took off again for Newark, Delta said. The plane landed there at 7:20 p.m.
