5/6: CBS2 Wednesday Afternoon Weather Headlines
Justin Lewis
CBS2 Meteorologist
Some showers may linger into this afternoon with clouds giving way to sun (especially late in the day). Temperatures will struggle in the low 70s today... nearly 15° cooler than yesterday.
Skies will clear up nicely tonight as higher pressure noses its way in. Between that and the light winds, lows will be a bit cooler than last night. Low in the mid to upper 50s.
High pressure will be nearly overhead tomorrow and will allow for our skies to stay mainly sunny through the day. And with a considerably warm air mass still in place, temperatures will warm into the upper 70s around the area... nearly 10° above normal.
Friday and Saturday are looking pretty good as well with mostly to partly sunny skies and highs in the low 80s.
Check back for more details on this weekend!
