5/10 CBS2 Sunday Afternoon Weather Headlines

Good afternoon!

Happy Mother's Day to all of the moms out there! We started off with clouds and fog this morning, but now we're enjoying some sunshine! Highs will be in the low 80s this afternoon.

Another mild night ahead, with temps only dropping into the mid 60s in the city. It looks like we'll once again start out Monday morning with some clouds and fog.

Both Monday and Tuesday look warm, but we're watching the remnants of Tropical Storm Ana sliding to our south and a front approaching from the west. Some showers and thunderstorms will be around both days. The humidity kicks up a notch, and we'll see temps in the 80s, with Tuesday looking like the warmer of the two and best bet for showers and thunderstorms, especially just ahead of the cold front.

Wednesday will be cooler behind the front, but more seasonable with a high of 72 in the city.
