5/19 CBS2 Tuesday Morning Weather Headlines

Good morning!

It's another day without too much sun. We could get some clearing this afternoon, but don't expect much sunshine this morning.

Temps should be in the 60s for most of the AM, then after a few hours of clearing, some communities could see temps in the 80s oh so briefly.

But the caveat of 80 degrees is that we are fueling our atmosphere for storms. We are still pretty low in the rain bucket so a few showers are actually welcomed.

We do clear skies nicely on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday and Saturday are warmer and sunny, more of a summer feel.

We DO have a chance for storms on Memorial Day but it's still a few days away, so we have time to nail it down for you!
