Adoption fees vary by group, but all the animals have been spayed or neutered and vaccinated.   Alliance President Jane Hoffman notes that potential adopters will have all their questions answered before taking an animal home.  "Basically come with an open heart, she told 1010 WINS. "Meet an animal that you fall in love with, have identification, and have some means of paying the adoption fee".
