6/8 CBS2 Monday Evening Weather Headlines
By Giorgio Panetta
CBS2 Chief Meteorologist/Weather Producer
Good evening,
We've had a very active day around the Tri-State. Tornado watches have been issued and allowed to expire for our western communities.
A tornado apparently touched down in Allentown, Pennsylvania but no confirmation has been issued. Straight-line winds of 60+ mph have occurred.
Light to moderate rain is forecast for us living closer to the coast. Overnight, you could expect to hear some rumbles. Even a few areas could see rain for the morning commute.
