Warriors Win But LeBron Is Still Confident, And First Place Is The Place To Be

Steph Curry put on a show Sunday night in Oakland -- specifically in the decisive fourth quarter -- and because of that his Warriors hold a 3-2 advantage in the NBA Finals over LeBron James and his cast of characters, aka the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Boomer & Craig's collective focus was fixed on the basketball, as LeBron continues to put up big numbers and then talk about how good he is afterwards -- the latter has begun to get on Boomer's nerves.

Meanwhile, the Yankees and the Mets can both add the moniker "first place" in front of their team names after a couple of triumphs on the diamond.  The Yanks managed to salvage a game from the Orioles in Baltimore with a 5-3 win, and the Mets -- after falling behind early -- beat the Giants 10-8 in front of a good crowd at Citi Field.

Craig also went out of his way to defunct the notion that Jose Reyes' return to New York -- his Blue Jays visit Citi Field for a two-game set with the Mets beginning tonight -- means anything to anyone.

Finally, Boomer continues to be captivated by the manhunt for the two escaped convicts from the Clinton Correctional Facility in Upstate New York, which is unfolding like a movie plot.
