6/25 CBS2 Thursday Evening Weather Headlines

Good Evening All,

Today we had a relatively quiet day with a high of 83° in Central Park and partly sunny skies. Tonight clouds make their way into our area as low pressure creeps northward, resulting in some showers overnight into tomorrow morning.

For your commute tomorrow make sure to pack your umbrella as scattered showers, potentially heavy at times sweep through the area. Friday has a high of 75° with a lingering rain chance through the evening hours.

And just because summer has officially started doesn't mean that it will be all sunshine this weekend. In fact, rain is possible at both the beaches and mountains on Saturday, with the chance becoming greater in the afternoon. Temperatures remain cool both days with low 70s Saturday and only upper 70s Sunday, with leftover rain possible.
