Good morning all,

As you wake up this morning, expect to see some clouds with temperatures around 70°. Throughout the day today, you can expect on and off sun and showers, with pockets of isolated steady rain.

Tonight, temperatures remain warm with lows in the upper 60s and rain likely, with a pop-up thunderstorm possible.

Tomorrow, temperatures stay seasonal in the mid-80s, but the chance for rain increases starting around noon and continuing through the afternoon into the evening, with heavy rain likely.

Thursday will feel a little less humid, but temperatures remain in the low 80s as a cold front lingers offshore.
