One Week Left For $7 Million Winning Lotto Ticket Sold In Brooklyn To Be Claimed
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- If you've played the lottery in Brooklyn, you better check your ticket! Someone out there has only one week left to claim a $7 million prize.
The winning Cash4Life ticket was sold at the Milky Way Deli at 1669 Ralph Avenue on July 24, 2014, lottery officials said. The winning numbers were: 05, 20, 35, 43, 48 and the Cash Ball number 03.
"A big $7,000,000 check is waiting for the winner of this lucky ticket, but there is only one week left to claim it," Gardner Gurney, acting director of the Division of the Lottery, said in a statement. "We are urging players to check and double-check their tickets one last time before it is too late."
Lottery officials say if you are the lucky winner, sign the back of the ticket and contact them immediately at 518-388-3370.
The winner can also claim the ticket at any one of the lottery's customer service centers statewide, including the Manhattan office at 15 Beaver Street and the Long Island office at 45 South Service Road in Plainview.
If the prize is not claimed by the deadline, the prize money will be returned to the prize pool for future winners.
