Banner Over Patriots' Practice Reads 'Cheaters Look Up!'

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- You just knew something like this would happen.

On Thursday, a plane flew above Patriots training camp with a banner that read "Cheaters Look Up! @JetsFanMedia."

The banner is an obvious reference to "Deflategate" and quarterback Tom Brady's four-game suspension for his role in the controversy.

Brady's suspension was upheld by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell this week after Brady appealed the initial ruling. Following the announcement, Patriots owner Robert Kraft ripped the league's decision and said he regretted accepting the punishment handed down by Goodell.

The NFL Players Association has filed a lawsuit on the three-time Super Bowl MVP's behalf.

According to Metro New York's Kristian Dyer, the plane is being paid for by the Jets fans who were behind the "Fire John Idzik" campaign.

Dyer reports that the plane is owned and was flown by Ashley Chalmers of Jersey Shore Aerial.
