8/23 CBS2 Sunday Afternoon Weather Headlines

Good afternoon!

While it won't be quite as clear as yesterday, it's by no means a terrible one out there either. More clouds will be around as we get a northeast flow off of the ocean. A few showers are possible, especially east of the city. The farther west you are, chances decrease with some more sunshine mixing in. Quite seasonable with highs in the low 80s, however you will notice a tick up in the humidity.

Mostly cloudy skies overnight with the shower chance sticking around. Temps dip to around 70 in the city, 50s and 60s in the suburbs. Tomorrow looks like a bit more sunshine than today, but it'll be feeling very muggy. Still a shower chance early, and then another chance later in the day as a cold front approaches from the west. A few rumbles of thunder cannot be ruled out. Highs generally in the mid 80s.

After some lingering showers early on Tuesday, it clears out later in the day. The humidity drops back down a little and temps once again climb into the mid 80s. After that, it's looking just spectacular! Mostly sunny skies to finish out the week with low humidity and temps in the low to mid 80s.
