NYC Street Artist Paints Mural Of Donald Trump As 'Giant Pile Of S---'

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- One street artist is dumping on Donald Trump.

The billionaire developer's name is on plenty of buildings and now one carries his likeness, although none too flattering, thanks to a New York City street artist, 1010 WINS' Al Jones reported.

The artist known as Hanksy has painted a mural of the Republican presidential candidate as a pile of poop with flies circling around him on Orchard Street at Canal Street on the Lower East Side.

"Okay. So I started with the fact that Trump kinda rhymes with dump. But I think I'm just gonna paint him as a giant pile of s---," he tweeted earlier this week.

The locals call the mural "Donald Dump," Jones reported.

This is the second time Hanksy has taken on the billionaire developer.

Following Trump's remarks on Mexican immigrants, Hanksy created a campaign-type poster of Trump sporting a "Viva Mexcio" sombrero and tweeted, "Hey I want to help you get the Latino vote."

A national Quinnipiac University poll released Thursday puts Trump in the lead of the crowded GOP primary race with 28 percent, followed by Ben Carson with 12 percent of the Republican support.

Jeb Bush, Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio are tied for third.
