Woman Seen In Mugshot With Tongue Sticking Out After Arrest In Spotswood, N.J.

SPOTSWOOD, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- A woman appeared sticking her tongue out in a mugshot, after she was arrested with two others for allegedly drinking in a parking lot and refusing to comply with officers in Spotswood, New Jersey.

Police were sent to 289 Main St. in the Brookview Terrace condominium development in Spotswood around 9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, according to a Spotswood police news release.

They allegedly found Sheriann and Michel Depinho and Ester Nitch, all of Spotswood, drinking alcohol in the parking lot while Sheriann Depinho allegedly played loud music from her car, police said.

When police confronted the trio, Sheriann, who police said was drunk, allegedly began yelling at officers and refusing to turn down the music or otherwise do as the officers said, police said.

Michael Depinho, whom police said was also drunk, allegedly likewise refused police orders as he protested and escalated the situation, police said.

Both were arrested and charged with public consumption of alcohol and interference with police, police said. Sheriann Depinho was also charged with public nuisance, police said.

Sheriann Depinho appeared in a mugshot sticking her tongue out.

Nitch was also arrested and charged with public consumption of alcohol, police said.

All three were processed and released with a date in municipal court, police said.
