Police: 2 Suspects Robbed Man At Gunpoint Inside Bronx Park

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is looking for two men who robbed a man at gunpoint in a Bronx park.

Police said the 24-year-old victim was walking down the stairs of University Woods Park around 8:30 a.m. on Monday when he was approached by a man who put a gun to his head.

Another suspect then took the victim's wallet and told him to unlock his phone and delete his iCloud, police said. The victim's watch and ring were also stolen.

The two men then fled on foot eastbound through the park toward Sedwick Avenue, police said.

The victim was not injured during the robbery.

Authorities describe the first suspect as a Hispanic male, around 5'8" with a thin build and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black T-shit, blue jeans and was armed with a firearm.

The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5'10" and heavy-set with black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, and black shorts.
