9/2 CBS2 Wednesday Evening Weather Headlines

Good evening all,

We have just gotten through our fourth day of the late August/early September heat wave.

The list goes as follows: Sunday: 90°, Monday: 91°, Tuesday: 90°, Wednesday: 91°, and tomorrow I'm going for another 91°. It will feel even hotter in New Jersey away form the ocean.

We drop into the mid 70s tonight. Thursday will be steamy. The risk for an evening storm returns, however, most of the activity will be headed north of the area. Any isolated storm will have some moderate rain with the biggest threat being downpours.
