10/8 CBS2 Thursday Evening Weather Headlines

Good evening everyone,

Skies are blue and beautiful today. We've seen a handful of clouds passing overhead but that is the only hiccup today. Temps warmed up to 72 degrees. We started off quite mild though, we only dropped down to 59° at Central Park. But there we a few 40s in the northern communities.

Tonight, clouds do increase and we remain on the mild side around 60° for a low. Rain arrives Friday morning after 9 a.m. Not much is expected early, but by your ride home a few storms could be popping along the way. See graphic for totals.

Saturday is looking better and better with every model run. Expect a cooler day in the 60s but sun should be plentiful. Sunday is fantastic at 68 and sunny skies.
