Police Seek Suspect Who Threw Urine At MTA Bus Driver In The Bronx
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is on the hunt for a man who they said threw urine at an MTA bus driver.
According to authorities, the man and a 5-year-old boy got on the BX12 bus at White Plains Road and Pelham Parkway in the Bronx around 5:15 p.m. on Oct. 1.
Police said the man got into a verbal argument with the bus driver and when they arrived at the Pelham Bay Station, the man threw an object containing urine at the driver.
The bus operator, a 58-year-old male, was taken to Jacobi Medical Center for irritation to his face and eyes.
Police described the suspect as a black male, about 20 years old, 5'8" tall and weighing about 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, blue jeans and dark-color footwear.
