Police: 3 Men On Dirt Bikes Wanted For Shooting That Injured Man In Harlem

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are searching for three suspects who they said shot at a man in Manhattan before taking off on dirt bikes.

According to authorities, the 49-year-old male victim was standing outside his home on West 118th Street in Harlem on Tuesday afternoon when three suspects drove up on dirt bikes.

One of the men opened fire and a bullet grazed the victim's head, police said.

The suspects then fled on the dirt bikes heading east on West 118th Street.

The victim was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in stable condition, police said.

Authorities said the three suspects are believed to be between 18 and 25 years old. A surveillance image of two of the men on one bike was released with the hope that someone will come forward and identify them.
