Michael Lohan Jr., Brother Of Lindsay Lohan, Accused Of Forging Parking Permit

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Michael Lohan Jr., a brother of Lindsay Lohan, was arrested Thursday for allegedly forging a parking permit.

New York State Police said Lohan was arrested Thursday in Manhattan.

Authorities alleged he had a phony parking placard featuring the state seal displayed on the dashboard of his 2015 Audi. They said the bogus placard said the car was being used for official state business, and was being used to avoid paying parking meters.

Lohan has been charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and criminal impersonation.

Prosecutors said he was released without bail after being arraigned Thursday night.
