It is a chilly stat around the area. We are in the upper 30s around the five boroughs, with cold temperatures outside the region.
Skies are mostly clear, and should remain so all day. Actually, skies will stay clear through Monday!
We will top off around 50 this afternoon and even milder this weekend. Get out and enjoy December -- but be sure to bundle up on your way out!
