Happy Valentine's Day, everybody! It's brutally cold out there, with many folks below zero still and wind chills way colder than that. We broke numerous records and we'll stay cold through the day. Temperatures only hit 17 for the high in NYC, which would tie for record coldest Valentine's Day. Stay cozy with that special someone inside!

Tomorrow will start off dry, but will finish with a mix of wintry precipitation. Snow will start for all after lunchtime; we could pick up a few inches in the evening, and should start changing to rain in the late evening. Everyone should be seeing rain by midnight, but folks north and west may have a bit more snow and even ice before it turns to rain.

Tuesday will feature the warmest temperatures of the week, with highs in the low 50s and a soaking rain: 1-2" likely with 3" possible in spots. Since the ground is frozen solid, we'll have some local flooding concerns. Definitely a wacky few days of weather ahead.
