Interview: The Benefits Of Ballroom Dancing

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Ballroom dancing can be fun, and even romantic if you have the right partner.

But did you know it can also help you keep in shape and lose weight?

CBS2's Andrea Gymes welcomed ballroom dance instructor Sasha Bylim, of Tarrytown's Fred Astaire Dance Studio to talk about the benefits of ballroom dancing.

Dance students Larry Markowitz and his wife Shelley also shared their story on how they use ballroom dance to stay in shape while also strengthening their relationship.
