Cops: Woman Stole High-End Watches From Sleeping Victims At Hotels In Manhattan, Queens

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD has asked the public for help in identifying a woman who allegedly stole pricey watches from men at hotels in Manhattan and Queens.

On Friday, August, 21, 2015 the woman met a 35-year-old man in the Meat Packing District. She accompanied him to the ACE Hotel at 20 W. 29th St. When the victim fell asleep, the suspect took a $55,000 Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore watch from his wrist, and fled the location.

Then on Tuesday, August 25, the woman met a 28-year-old man in front of the Catch Restaurant at 21 Ninth Ave. She went with him to the Z Hotel on 11th Street in Long Island City. When the victim fell asleep the suspect took a $50,000 Audemars Piguet Royal Oak watch off of his wrist and left the location, police said.

The suspect has been described as a Hispanic female. She is 5'8" with long black hair, a light complexion, and a tattoo on her hand.
