Knicks Say Coach Kurt Rambis Was Hacked After Porn Tweet 'Liked'

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – New York, the city that brought you Anthony Weiner, is no stranger to Twitter gaffes.

Did the Knicks' coach commit one now, too?

According to GQ, someone controlling the account belonging to interim head coach Kurt Rambis "liked" a tweet over the weekend of an Asian woman masturbating. The post from @ilike2touch_ included the message "Love female masturbation #NSFW."

Likes on Twitter are visible to the public. Rambis has apparently since removed the like, but not before GQ captured a screenshot.

Knicks interim head coach Kurt Rambis has since removed the "like."

A Knicks official, however, told the Daily News that Rambis was hacked and/or spammed, adding Rambis' account also showed him liking a suspicious money-lending tweet. The team told the New York Post it has been in touch with Twitter to investigate.

Rambis, who took over after coach Derek Fisher was fired earlier this month, has nearly 44,000 followers on Twitters and follows 173 accounts himself, including @GreatAssDaily.

He has not tweeted since Jan. 18.

Rambis, 57, has been married to his wife, Linda, for more than 30 years.
