Connecticut Man Accused Of Stalking Teenage Waitress, Tattooing Her Name On His Chest

STAMFORD, Conn. (CBSNewYork)-- A Connecticut man is accused of stalking a 17-year-old restaurant waitress.

Forty-three-year-old Victor Obregon, of Stamford, has a history of stalking young women. His latest? A teenage girl.

Stamford police said once he saw the girl at the restaurant she works at, he began leaving huge tips hoping to win her over.

Lt. Diedrich Hohn said the girl did not accept the tips, but Obregon persisted appearing outside her home and calling her.

The creepiest part is that Obregon has permanently tattooed his body with the names of this young girl and others he has pursued,  Hohn revealed.

"On his chest he had four names of females and one being our victim, our 17-year-old victim. He had her name tattooed on his chest as well as three others and when we looked into his history, the three others were the victims of his other incidences," Hohn told WCBS 880's Fran Schneidau.

Obregon remains in police custody awaiting his court appearance on the latest stalking charges.
