1 Dead In Brielle, New Jersey House Fire

BRIELLE, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) -- One person was found dead after a fire tore through a home in Monmouth County, police said.

The fire broke out just before 7 a.m. Tuesday morning in the home on North Tamarack Drive in Brielle.

Video from the scene showed the house fully engulfed in flames.

When firefighters arrived at the scene they were told a man was trapped inside the burning house, CBS2 reported. A woman managed to escape.

The victim's name has not been released.

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
