Morning!

Skies are partly sunny to start today, but expect clouds to work their way back into our area. By this afternoon, we should prepare for some showers.

Expect most of the morning to pleasant, and the rain will be light. Showers will begin to creep into the western suburbs around 2 p.m. or so and begin to slide eastward.

It will be a cool day as well with a Frost Advisory and Freeze Warning at play early on this morning (see map).

Today's high: 55-60 degrees.
