The fundraising event will be being hosted by LL Cool J. It is set to feature performances by the O'Jays, Leon Bridges and Andra Day.

Prince, widely acclaimed as one of the most inventive and influential musicians of his era with hits including "Little Red Corvette," "Let's Go Crazy" and "When Doves Cry," was found dead at his home on April 21 in suburban Minneapolis. He was 57.

On the day of his death, the Apollo Theater paid tribute to the music legend by changing their marquee.
