What's The Meaning Of Being A Mom?
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- With apologies to construction workers, sanitation workers and everyone else who grinds it out for a living, women whom CBS2 spoke to said the toughest job in the world is being a mom.
The 24/7 work hours, the schlepping, the diapers, the cooking.

Are we forgetting anything, moms?
"Working full-time," Karen Kuhne, of the Upper East Side, told CBS2's Scott Rapoport.
"Laundry," added Meredith Levy, also of the Upper East Side. "Lots of laundry."
So as we head into Mother's Day weekend, we asked some mothers: What is the meaning of being a mom?
"It's unconditional love," Kuhne said. "It's the best. It's the most amazing experience I've ever had in my life."
"It's seeing my kids becoming independent," said Wan Ling Fahrer, of the Upper East Side.
"It's hard to explain to people that don't have children. I would give my life for these kids," Levy said.
Then there are those other times.
"She's crying. She's throwing everything out of the stroller. And people are stopping you and saying, 'Oh, you know your baby's crying?' I think I know that my baby's crying," said Marina Kubasova, laughing.
But for all the trying times and challenging circumstances, moms we talked to say they wouldn't trade it for the world.
"It's the hardest job," Fahrer said. "But it's the most rewarding."
"At the end of the day, when she kisses you and hugs you and says, 'Mommy, I love you,' it's like the best thing," Kubasova said.
