Boomer & Carton: Yanks Are Rolling, Mets Stumble, NBA Greatness And A Jet-Size Problem

Boomer and Craig did their very best to get their loyal listeners over the hump on Wednesday. They discussed a whole host of worthy topics, the least being the NHL playoffs.

So after hockey-loving Boomer was through boring everyone nearly to death, it was time to talk hoops. Steph Curry took home his second straight NBA MVP award and Russell Westbrook led the Thunder to a big time win in San Antonio on Tuesday.

As for the baseball locals, the Yanks prevailed in the Bronx, topping the defending world champion Royals, 10-7.  The Mets lost late out in L.A., falling 3-2 to the Dodgers.

In addition, Craig was a little troubled by the latest news on the Jets' quarterback front because it sure sounds as if Brandon Marshall is preparing for life without Ryan Fitzpatrick.
