Driver Rescued After SUV Rolls Into Water Near Bayside Marina
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Rescue crews helped a driver who ended up in the water near a boat ramp in Queens Monday afternoon.
The Jeep sport-utility vehicle went into the water at the Bayside Marina. The vehicle ended up fully submerged.
Police said the owner of the 2015 Jeep vehicle parked on the boat ramp illegally.
The driver walked away, and the SUV rolled into the water.
There were no injuries in the incident, but the Jeep was totaled.
