Boomer & Carton: Harvey's Statement, SNY's Failure And More

We're happy to report that Boomer and Craig made it back from Friday's Morning Extravaganza at "The Headliner" safe and sound and took their respective places inside the Allstate Studio on Tuesday ready to do their thing.

And, boy, did they have some things to discuss.

Matt Harvey was on the hill at Citi Field on Monday afternoon and was certainly on his game, leading the Mets to a 1-0 win over the White Sox. The victory snapped a two-game slide.

After breaking down Harvey's statement game and Noah Syndergaard's ejection from Saturday night's loss to Chase Utley and the Dodgers, Craig took issue with SNY's decision not to televise Saturday's pregame ceremony celebrating the 30-year anniversary of the Mets' 1986 World Series win over the Red Sox.

According to Al Dukes, coverage of the celebration could be seen live on SNY.tv, but that information offered little solace to a clearly distraught Carton.
