SummerStage 2016 Kicks Off At NYC Parks

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The start of summer means lots of free concerts and festivals and this year, New Yorkers will have more than 115 performances to choose from as SummerStage 2016 kicks off.

The city's largest free performing arts festival is put on by the City Parks Foundation.
