On a day when there seemed to be little to talk about, the Dynamic Radio Duo flexed their muscles and put together a doozy of a show. They got things started with Jacob deGrom's decision to skip the All-Star game, citing the need to rest. From there, the guys discussed Carmelo Anthony's call for change, Craig the Jets fan announcing he has moved on from Ryan Fitzpatrick, and Tim Duncan retiring following a marvelous career.
