Police: Man Tries To Rape 24-Year-Old Woman In Queens Apartment
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork)-- New York City police are looking for a man who they said tried to rape a young woman in Woodside, Queens.
The 24-year-old woman was inside an apartment vestibule at around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday when the man came up behind her, pushed her against a wall, and pulled down her pants, police said.
The woman screamed and the man fled the scene.
The suspect is described as an Hispanic man, around 20 years old, 5 foot 5 inches, 160 pounds with black spiky hair. He was last seen wearing black shorts and a striped tank top.
