NYPD Looking For Man Accused Of Forcibly Touching 2 Women In Queens

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is searching for a man accused of forcibly touching two women in Astoria, Queens.

Police said both incidents occurred shortly after midnight on July 21.

The first incident happened in front of 30-61 46th Street, around 12:02 a.m., when the suspect approached a 25-year-old woman from behind, pushed her up against a car and touched her genitals over her clothing. The suspect left the scene after she started yelling for help.

The second incident occurred minutes later, around 12:05 a.m., when the suspect approached a 26-year-old woman from behind in the vicinity of 45th Street and Newton Road, wrapped his arms around her and also touched her genitals over her clothing. The suspect then fled southbound on 45th Street when she called out for help.

The suspect is described as a 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-5 Hispanic male, with a slim build and in his 20s. He was last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt, black pants and black sneakers.
