Police: Man Wanted In Attempted Burglary In Bayside, Queens
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are trying to find a man on a bike who they say is wanted for an attempted burglary in Queens.
It happened Sunday in Bayside.
The suspect was seen on surveillance video jumping over a fence into a back yard. He is then seen trying to get in through a back door, but was unsuccessful.
The homeowners were not there at the time.
The NYPD said overall crime in the area is up 13 and a half percent so far this year.
